We take great care to ensure that every bag is carefully crafted and packaged, and we want to guarantee that you receive it exactly as we intended.
Our goal is to ensure that your bag arrives in perfect condition. To protect the integrity of the item and to guarantee that it is 100% new and unused, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If there are any issues with your order (such as damage or a wrong item being sent), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we will take swift action to resolve it.
Preorders
When you see the "Preorder Now" option, it means that the product is currently out of stock. However, by placing a preorder, you are guaranteed to receive the item within 1-2 weeks! Your order will be freshly made and shipped as soon as it is ready.
